The Harvest

At MoonShadow Grove we use multiple harvest methods and are experimenting with new technology as it becomes available. We are currently using hand picking, mechanical pneumatic rakes and poles. We are focused on reducing cost at the same time as being as gentle as possible with the olives to not bruise the fruit thereby producing a better tasting oil.
